Aaron Smith is a an American Tenor, Violinist, and Composer. He has performed with Arizona Opera, First Coast Opera, Druid City Opera, Chandler Opera Company, and at the Brevard Music Festival, including roles such asMr. Earlanson in A Little Night Music, The Wigmaker in Ariadne auf Naxos, Tom Rakewell in TheRake’s Progress, Normanno in Lucia di Lammermoor and Alfredo in La Traviata. Aaron also enjoys performing concert works. He was privileged to appear as the tenor soloist in the Arizona premiere of Joseph Julian Gonzalez’s work Misa Azteca, the tenor soloist cover in Verdi’s Requiem under Keith Lockhart, and most recently the tenor soloist in Beethoven’s 9th Symphony. This season he looks forward to returning to First Coast Opera for his role debut as Tamino in The Magic Flute.
